This year I become a 13-year software engineer and a 5-year woodworker (no, the latter is not certified). And now I believe there are reasons why I love writing code and making wood dust: they are so much alike!

2019年最后一个晚上，趴在我自己的床上，用Android版的Notion，写下这篇年记。这已经说明和往年有挺大的不一样了吧。

一年就这样过去了。

新年前夜外面有人点烟火放炮仗，早上起来看新闻说州府照例吊巨型土豆跨年，然后还有很多人Google那个土豆是不是真的。

2017年12月底，家里除了我所有人都已经睡着了，客厅里圣诞树的灯还亮着。把冰箱里女儿没喝完的牛奶干完，我想起是时候记录一下即将逝去的这一年了。

这个时候再来写去年的年记，是有很多晚……

基本上已经不记得去年发生了具体的事情。为了年记系列的连续性，却还是要硬生生挤些出来的。

窗外头皮似的雪下了有一阵子了，门前水泥地上的斑斑积雪还只是像牛皮癣病人的皮肤一样，没有一脚踩一个深坑的气势。

After I switched from QWERTY to Colemak, getting a keyboard for this new layout becomes something I’ve been thinking about more often. At the moment I was using HHKB and a Filco TKL, which are both nice keyboards, but it bothers me that the keyboards stay in QWERTY while I have already moved on.

Eventually I made the move.
